Why a 3-month minimum?
Video compounds. The first month builds foundational content. The second refines it based on early performance data. By month three, you have a content library, a clear picture of what's working, and a production rhythm that runs itself. Clients who commit to three months consistently see results. Clients who try one month then pause rarely do.
What if we don’t use all our deliverables in a month?
Unused deliverables don't roll over, but this rarely happens in practice — we plan the shoot brief together in advance, so we always arrive knowing exactly what we're making. If your schedule changes and a shoot day needs to move, we're flexible as long as you give us 5 business days notice.
Can we pause the retainer if business slows down?
After your 3-month minimum, you can pause for up to 60 days once per 12-month period with 30 days notice. This is designed for genuine seasonal slowdowns, not recurring gaps. If you find yourself pausing often, we'll help you find a lighter plan that fits better.

Do we need to decide what to shoot each month?
No — that's our job. After the initial strategy call, we build a rolling 90-day content calendar and send you a brief before each shoot. You review and approve, but we do the thinking. If you have specific campaigns or promotions coming up, we factor those in.
Can we upgrade from foundation to growth later?
Yes, at any monthly renewal point. Most clients start on Foundation to get the rhythm right, then upgrade once they see how much content they can actually deploy. We make the upgrade seamless — same team, same process, just more volume.
What happens to our footage if we cancel?
Everything you've paid for is yours. All raw footage, all edited files, all project assets get transferred to you within 5 business days of your final month ending. No lock-in, no footage held hostage.
